WHAT IS EXPLOSION PANEL?
Explosion is occurred by electric charge from rubbing between microdusts or burning sourcewith electirc charge,
if micro dust exists more than critical concentration when the product or resource is mixed with air during
storage or processing, which contains flammable dust. Main burning sources are scintillation discharge, spark,
overheated wings, high temperature matter, mixing with spark, accumulated dust ignition, mixing with aluminum
or magnesium powder, careless welding spark or grinding spark during repairing, and sparkler caused by machine
carry-in for cleaning or inspection. If it is happened to the fire of flammable gas, smog, and dust which is
progressed into deflagration, the inner pressure is increased enormously, in this time it will cause the explosion
if there is no moderate device to relieve that rapidly increasing pressure, then it may cause the secondary
explosion or chain-reaction if if will influence on the environmental equipments, which causes the vast loss of
property and even human life. The Explosion panel is devised for it. Explosion panel, fixed/installed on the
structures which requiring it, is a kind of safety shield to protect the equipments by releasing the expanding
pressure. It is used in many industrial equipments including crops silo, chemicals silo, back filter, dust collector,
dust trailer, and dryer.
