WHAT IS THE N2 BLANKETING SYSTEM?
N2 Blanketing System is a insert gas control system to maintain the positive(+) interior pressure of vessel.

FUNCTIONS AND NECESSITIES OF N2 BLANKETING SYSTEM
¡áIt relieves the inside pressure of tank by optimizing the formation of vapor through maintaining
  the pressure with injecting insert gas, during storage
¡áIt removes the explosive factor by controlling hazardous gas such as oxygen from the vapor space
  of tank
¡áIt prevents the damage of product by blocking the inflow of useless moisture and gas
¡áIt protects the tank from explosion by restricting spark
¡áIt promotes the transportation rate of product by significantly decreasing of discharging time of
  stored fluids
¡áIt prevents the modification of tank by blocking the generation of vacuum through maintaining
  positive pressure of tank during discharge
¡áIt prevents the outflow of fluid by evaporation

N2 BLANKETING SYSTEM PREPARATION
¡áSurely clean the pipeline to completely remove the foreign bodies in it.
¡áCheck whether the inlet pressure is matched to the recommended pressured.

N2 BLANKETING SYSTEM INSTALLATION
¡áFDC N2 Blanketing System is simple structured, so it may be installed in space between pipeline and line on the upper part 
  of storage tank without various controllers, systems, complex pilots and Blanket valve.
¡áIt is recommended to use of appropriate Lifting Jig for preventing the damage
¡áFlange connects the inlet and outlet of controller, in general. Controller is installed in suit of the flow direction and 
  rate indicated on main body
¡áController is connected to tank or vessel with a distant least 1.5 m from the Sensing line.
  Sensing line should be always open for securing the monitor of the interior pressure of tank.
